Alison Cusack is a breath of fresh air to the maritime industry as the Founder and Principal Lawyer of Cusack and Co Pty Ltd.

The Victorian University first class honours graduate (2010) and ATO graduate (2011) was admitted to practice in December 2012, the same year she commenced her role with ANL as their in-house corporate counsel.

Fast forward to 2018 when Alison took a leap of faith on the pursuit to provide the industry with a values based legal firm designed to provide its clients with the flexibility to do things differently. She enables her clients to not only solve their immediate issues but to help their business manage their risk for the long term.

Alison is an influential force in the maritime community, and spent 4 years as the WISTA Australia President. She also contributed her knowledge as a committee member of MLAANZ and a member of MMIF. With Alison’s expert knowledge and industry experience, she also taught as a Master’s Lecturer in Business and Company Law.
